Lord and Taylor host #PrettyObsessed Glamour Magazine event in NYC tonight with hosts Glamour Senior Beauty Editor Maureen Choi and Lipstick.com Executive Online Editor Lindsey Unterberger.

The first trend is colored eyeliner. Ditch the basic black and brown eyeliner and splurge on bold blues, galactic greens and powerful pinks.

Nails have been the all the rage for a few seasons now, this season recharge your nails with negative space. Painting your nails and leaving a bit of nude or unpolished space will do the trick.

Highlighted skin is in. Many of us spent all summer avoiding dewy skin. Grab your pearlized shimmer and go to town,  apply highlighter to your brow bone, cheeks, bridge of the nose, bow of lip and chin. The more the better!

Its true seasons change and so does makeup. Keep your palette  neutral but apply a matte blush for a flush of color.

Lastly, lipstains in shades of berry and plum were often seen backstage during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Add a full brow to complete the look.

Its easy to see why I am pretty obsessed.
